My great-grandfather, Giuseppe Manzo, brought these values to Maine in 1902, from his home in Calabria, Italy. As a stone mason, he ventured to the United States to build a paper mill in my hometown of Millinocket. Courage, audacity and commitment to craft are values passed down from generation to generation. Though the medium and tools have changed, Manzos continue to build.
As a carpenter, my grandfather built the family lake house in 1969 with the help of his 12-year-old son. My father, a papermaker in the mill his grandfather built, tamed industrial machines to transform logs into newspapers and magazines. Both men had great pride in the quality of what they produced, whether using stone, wood, or pulp.
Building rockets, planes, and satellites using the latest technologies and highest performing materials has been my craft for the last decade. As strong as steel and with half the weight, there's no more efficient metal than titanium for the best performance for your job.

I wanted this material with me daily to show off how beautiful and powerful it is. This metal represents the strength and resilience of my craftsmen forefathers. 100% aerospace grade titanium as a one-piece band represents the unity of the family.
