Ordering A Custom Band:

How do I determine what size watch band I need?

Do you make bands for other smart watches?

Our current collection only contains bands for the Apple Watch. We will be expanding our collection to other smart watches soon. Sign up for our Subscriber List to be notified of new releases.

What are the finish options?

What payment methods and currency do you accept?

All prices are in USD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay credit card payments directly through our own highly secure and encrypted website during our checkout process. Additionally, we accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account to use this option.

Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policy:

What is your return policy?

We offer a selection of made-to-order titanium watch bands. Designing and building these bands is a very detailed and laborious process. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us for assistance before placing your order. Choosing your correct size is easy. Be sure to read through our "Sizing Guide" for assistance.

GUARANTEE:  We will never send you anything less than perfect, as we take great pride in our work and have a reputation for creating exceptional titanium watch bands. Rest assured, if for some reason your item arrives damaged or there is some major issue on our part, we will remedy the situation. We guarantee it. Additionally, we offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with the fit of your band, Contact Us and  our designers will reach our to make it fit just right. Then just ship it back to us and we will send you a replacement.

WARRANTY:  We are craftsmen dedicated to quality. Each product that leaves our workshop is inspected to ensure quality. We offer a one-year warranty that covers any Grade Five products with manufacturing or materials defect under normal conditions. Despite the care and attention we put into making and quality-controlling our goods, we realize that occasionally, some things can be missed or issues can arise through use. If this is the case for you, just Contact Us with the nature of your problem and we will be happy to work with you to find a resolution. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to the make-to-order nature of our product and the high volume of orders we receive, we can only make changes to orders, cancel orders, or issue refunds within 72 hours of receiving the order. After this time period, we are unable to change order, cancel orders, or issue refunds. We kindly suggest that you choose your product carefully before confirming your order or Contact Us with any questions or concerns you may have before placing your order.
